Request a Return

1. Log into your account.  

2. Enter your email address, then click continue.

 3. Enter the six-digit verification code sent to your email address. 

 4. Select the order that includes the item you would like to return.

5.  Select the item or items that you would like to return.

6. Select a return reason and add a note.

7. Click Request return.

 If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with return instructions. After we receive the item or items, we will process your return according to our current return policy. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
