Return Policy
All full priced items can be returned within 30 days of your order and will be refunded to the original payment method.
To initiate a return within the allowed return window, please click here for detailed instructions for requesting a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Original shipping fees are not refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
All items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, as well as being free of deodorant, perfume, makeup, and smoke, with SLS Wares tag still attached.
Sale items are Final Sale.
We will inspect all returned items upon receipt. Any returns which fail to comply with the above policy will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense. If approved, we will automatically refund your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take an additional 2-4 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have received your return, please contact us at sales@slswares.com.
We will not process returns until your item is received by us.
Due to our limited and changing inventory, we are unable to guarantee availability for an exchange. The best option to ensure an exchange is to request a return on the unwanted item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We inspect all items before shipping; however, if you receive the wrong item or an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us immediately. Email us at sales@slswares.com with pictures of the damaged/defective area along with your order number. Tags must be attached and we must be notified within 3 days of receipt of merchandise or it will not be accepted.
